Our A1.1 German course is for participants without any previous knowledge. You learn to introduce yourself, to read the clock and to formulate and understand your first own sentences.

After completing the German course A1.2 you have successfully completed the A1 level. You can ask simple questions and understand your conversation partner when he or she speaks slowly. You can describe yourself, your family and your environment in simple sentences.

Expand your German vocabulary with topics such as hotel, restaurant, transport, etc. Learn to communicate and exchange information with others in simple, everyday situations.
You can learn A2.1 in:

After completing the A2.2 course you are able to write and understand short, simple notes and messages. You can now talk about simple information or familiar topics and activities. You learn to use the language in your everyday life.

Follow German conversations on simple topics and learn to master situations you encounter on your travels in German speaking countries. Simple texts from everyday and professional language become understandable for you and you learn to communicate fluently.

German course B1.2
You complete the B1 level when you can report on events, feelings and wishes. You can now also take the main information from many radio or television programmes. You are able to cope better and better with everyday situations in German.

The German levels according to the European Reference Framework for Languages:
German courses B2.1 – C2.2 (Including German for the job)
In our A-level courses you learn the general use of the German language. From B2.1 level onwards, we also focus on Business German in order to prepare you for your career and your new life in Germany.
If you do not know your level of German, then take one of our free online placement tests: German test A1 and A2 (for beginners) and German test B1 and B2 (slightly advanced learners).
