After registration, we conduct a free placement test (written and oral) to determine your language level. You can also use our free online placement tests for English, German A1/A2, and German B1/B2 in advance. You then choose the optimal course together with our team.

Course Selection & Process
Everything about course selection, group size, and class times
Our groups have a maximum of 12 participants, typically 5-12 people. This ensures that everyone receives sufficient speaking time and individual attention.
Yes, you can attend multiple courses in parallel. For example, you can combine a grammar course at B1 level with a conversation course at B2 level.
Course times are fixed within a month. However, you can change the time for the following month if a suitable place is available.
You can buy course books in our office on the first day of the course or get them from a bookstore. Our team will be happy to recommend suitable materials.
We do not offer an official final exam. However, upon request, your teacher can create a personal assessment of your learning progress.

Booking, prices, and payment options
You can reserve a course at our office without obligation. The reservation is confirmed with your signature and payment by the specified deadline.
German intensive courses: €385 per month English intensive courses: €418 per month Special and evening courses: from €112 Private lessons: from €48 per hour All prices can be found on our website or at the office.
At our office we accept EC and credit card payments. International students can also pay by bank transfer or PayPal.
For cancellations up to 14 days before the course start, we refund 90% of the course fee. For cancellations within 7 days before the course start, a 90% refund is only possible with proof of visa denial. Cancellation insurance: • Before course start (5% surcharge): Coverage for cancellation before course begins • During the course (10% surcharge): Coverage also during ongoing course Insurance fees are non-refundable.

Yes, we issue enrollment confirmations for visa purposes. Please note, however, that we cannot issue conditional university admissions.
Yes, after completing your course you will receive a free certificate of attendance. This confirms your attendance, the course duration, and the language level achieved according to CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference).
Yes, we are happy to issue certificates for employers, authorities, or other institutions. Simply contact us at the office if you need special confirmation of your course participation.
