The English grammar course is aimed at anyone who wants to specifically improve their English grammar – whether you want to communicate more confidently in English at work or address specific grammatical weaknesses. We recommend the course from level A1 onwards, as topics are selected based on participants' wishes and learners at various levels benefit equally. The topics are based on the individual wishes and needs of participants. This means you learn exactly the grammar areas where you need support – whether tenses, sentence structure, prepositions, or conditional sentences. The course is practice-oriented, so you don't just understand grammar theoretically but apply it directly in realistic situations.
The course spans 4 weeks and takes place once a week on Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. It comprises a total of 16 teaching units. This format is ideal for professionals who want to improve their English grammar alongside their job. Group size is between 4 and a maximum of 12 participants. Small groups are a central part of our concept, as they enable individual attention from the instructor and targeted focus on your personal weaknesses.
While an intensive course trains all language skills simultaneously and a conversation course focuses on free speaking, the grammar course concentrates exclusively on grammatical structures and their correct application. This focus makes the course particularly effective for anyone wanting to specifically improve their grammar.
We recommend a language level from A1 onwards, as the course content builds on existing basic knowledge. You should already be able to form simple sentences and manage basic everyday situations in English. If you can't assess your level precisely, our free placement test will help.
Absolutely – many of our participants combine the grammar course with a conversation course to improve both their grammar and speaking skills. Since the grammar course only takes place once a week on Thursday evenings, it fits well with other course formats schedule-wise. If you prefer an individual solution, private lessons are also an option.
