Our groups have a maximum of 12 participantes, typically 5-12 people. This ensures that everyone receives sufficient speaking time and individual attention.
Sí, you can attend multiple courses in parallel. For example, you can combine a grammar course at B1 nivel with a conversation course at B2 nivel.

We do not offer an official final exam. However, upon request, your profesor can create a personal assessment of your learning progress.

At our office we accept EC and credit card payments. International estudiantes can also pay by bank transfer or PayPal.
For cancellations up to 14 days before the inicio del curso, we refund 90% of the course fee. For cancellations within 7 days before the inicio del curso, a 90% refund is only possible with proof of visa denial. Cancellation insurance: • Before inicio del curso (5% surcharge): Coverage for cancellation before course begins • During the course (10% surcharge): Coverage also during ongoing course Insurance fees are non-refundable.

Sí, we issue enrollment confirmations for visa purposes. Please note, however, that we cannot issue conditional university admissions.
Sí, after completing your course you will receive a free certificado of attendance. This confirms your attendance, the course duración, and the language nivel achieved according to CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference).
Sí, we are happy to issue certificates for employers, authorities, or other institutions. Simply contact us at the office if you need special confirmation of your course participation.
